the status of any required supporting documents, and
check their application status and decision. ApplyWeb Instructions.
You can start the online application process and come back as many times as you need to just log back in to your ApplyWeb account. However, you will not be able to return to the application to make changes after it has been submitted.
Please remember the following when submitting application materials:
Addresses, Telephone Numbers, E-mail: The information that you report in the on-line application will be used to contact you December 2019 through April 2020. Please inform us immediately if your contact information changes during this time period.
Transcripts: Please do not mail official transcripts.
As part of the online application, upload a scanned transcript from each post-secondary institution you have or are currently attending (beginning of undergraduate education through Fall 2018 semester or quarter). Please include the transcript key (that is normally located on the back page of the official transcript).
The scanned transcript must be issued by the Registrar’s Office. We will not accept a transcript that is downloaded from the University’s web site. If you have any questions or concerns regarding this, please contact us.
Scan the transcript as a high resolution PDF and make sure each page is legible before uploading it. Upload the transcript from each institution as a single document.
Unofficial transcripts will be used in the review process.
Transcripts must be in English, or be accompanied by notarized translations.
You may be asked to provide an oficial final transcript. The Amgen Scholars Program and BioMedRAP at Washington University in St. Louis reserves the right to rescind any offer of admission if discrepancies are found between your uploaded transcript and the official transcript.
Recommendation Letters: Two letters of recommendation are required. If you have previous research experience, the review committee requests that, at least, one of the letters of recommendation be completed by your research mentor.
Incomplete applications cannot be considered.
